Spiders on Webbing now available at www.DutchwareGear.com

I have a new replacement for the toggle. I call them Spiders because is looks like a spider head and a take on spider web. Beside I like to name things after bitey-stingy things. Anyhow it is made from titanium of course and weigh less than 5 grams each. It easily slides up and down the webbing strap and your whoopie sling or continuous loop acts like a slider of a cinch buckle and locks it into place when the hammock is loaded. However when the hammock is not loaded you can adjust both the Spider and the Whooplie Sling. The webbing is sewn on the end so you can't lose the spider. This make a very simple and easy way to hang your hammock fast.

Is the weight limit 250 pounds per spider or 250 lbs total? These look awesome but I am right on the edge of the limit.

So these would seem to make the Dutch Buckle and Cinch Bugs obsolete...

Not to mention any other form of cinch buckle(?)

It even looks like they could replace the Dutch Clip if used as in the post that addresses an alternate configuration for Sew-on Dutch Clips.

Do you have plans to sell them by themselves, without webbing?

Dutch- I guess it is taken for granted that the other end of the webbing has the same sewn loop for pass through as on regular straps...?
