Secure left shoulder of Incubator to Blackbird?

Any tips for securing my Incubator UQ to my Blackbird. My suspension on the UQ is the correct tension and it is comfortable, but I'm weary of waking up late and making sure it's pulled up nice on my left side. I've thought about tying 2 or 3 inches of thin shock cord to the zipper eyelet and then to the D ring on the UQ that's near my shoulder. Does anyone else have this issue and how do you solve it?

Snaps onto shock cord and then clips over top of zipper

just unclip one of the mitten hooks to your tie out and run suspension over it and reconnect (the one closest to the tree), I do this on both sides stays perfect.

Yep, WBBB S.O.P ...though I don't like having the netting pulled down closer to my face which kind of defeats the purpose of the tie outs, so you have to really stake out the entry side tie out and tighten up the bungee. Absolutely works well if you do that.

I actually installed a quick disconnect between the bungee and the tie out to make it easier/faster to connect/disconnect when settling in for the night. For the life of my I can't find them anywhere now. It's like a mini slide buckle with 2 round connectors at either end. A 20 cent piece of gear that makes things that much easier.

I do the same as Ratdog(thanks Ratdog), I put a Clip on Quilt Hook right at the end of the zipper. Keeps my Yeti from slipping off my shoulder,

    More info here:

You can use just a quilt hook and it works fine.

    https://www.hammockforums.net/forum/...ight=pack+hook

The pack hook addition allows the shock cord to slide more easily than the just the quilt clip. I use both setups and was overgeeking/gadgeting it with the pack hook but it does work.
