    whoopie slings

i apologize up front I'm a noob, have been doing to research on these whoopie slings: I currently have the Blackbird w/adj. webbing, I was looking to lighten up my sleep system and whoopie slings were suggested.
They seem lighter but my question is how do you attach to tree huggers: toggle (if so how) and that seems to be getting back to knots/time/and fumbling - is there that much of a weight savings over Warbonnets new adj. webbing system

pictures and videos would be great, I am a visual person

Heres how I roll... Camp nano biner and 6' tree straps. I built my dead eye with the channel of my ENO in it.

I have a eno as well as was going to switch to whoopie slings. What made you keep the biner and not use a marlin spike hitch?

Im not concerned with weight. All my gear stows in my truck, which is used for expedition style camping.

And for me, the biner is easier. It serves multiple purposes.
