I recently purchased my first hammock and ran across this forum.....Im impressed with all the information and knowledge available!!! Anyhow a newbie I am and thru trial, error and with the help of all of you on the forum I am ready to start this new adventure!!!
Congrats on discovering hammocks! One of the best Hobbies I've ever gotten into. I'm from Illinois as well , so jumping in the car and finding a campsite in Wisconsin is nice and easy.(highly recommend it). This forum is full of awesome info and people. Have fun looking around!

Welcome man, lots of info here, the best thing about hammocks is you can personalize them to suit your preference and finding that preference is half the fun.
