What position do you sleep in?
When posting on Those General Backpacking Forums, the instant someone pops up with "but I sleep on my side" - well, guess what?
on my side most of the time
on my back most of the time
on my stomach most of the time
on my side OR my back
on my side AND my back, that unique position hammockers can enjoy
my hammock won't let me sleep any way but my back

In my bed at home, I'm a hard-core side sleeper. In my hammock, it's mostly back but tilted about 20 degrees. The wonders of hammocking!!

doesn't matter if I am in my bed, a shelter floor, a tent or a hammock. I toss and turn all night long.

Who cares about showers, gourmet food, using flush toilets. Just keep on walking and being away from it all.
There are times that the only way you can do something is to do it alone.
I'm a dedicated back sleeper which made my transition from tent to hammock painless should we say.
I'm also a heavy red wine drinker which aids in motionless sleep, some slobbering though.

I'm usually a back sleeper, but do find myself on my side from time to time.
Trust nobody!
I tend to be a half side/half stomach sleeper most of the time at home in bed, not quite enough beer gut to prop me up on my side fully but in the hammock that half back thing that only a hammock can let you do is so nice! But I can get comfortable on my back or fully rolled on my side, in a hammock it's all good!
