How do you store/hang your quilts?

I hang my quilts in a closet but its getting a little crowded in there with all my gear. I was thinking about using a hanging garment bag like this (http://www.walmart.com/ip/Whitmor-Wh...t-Bag/37389024) just to get everything a little better organized. What do y'all think. Is the any reason this might be a bad idea?

I have a mouse problem in my house and we thought that the garment bags would protect against mice but they still got inside. If you don't have mice problems, I don't have any other negative comments. Seems fine to me.

The garment bags look great. I just hang them like that without bags. The only thought is to make sure you allow enough room so they are uncompressed. Other than that

I grabbed a plastic bin from a big box store (they're pretty popular after the holidays..big bins that people store their decorations in), and have my 3 quilts in there (2UQ, 1TQ) stored in a laundry bag.. This allows them to be out of the way, but not compressed in stuff sacks. I also prefer this method so they don't develop hanger lines, or don't take up a lot of room in my closet.

I also use bins, but I don't think you can beat those garment bags. Nice find.

I put some hooks in the ceiling and hang em there, the bags should work fine for you though

Cotton storage sack in the gear closet inside the house. I never keep gear in the garage, too much extreme temps.

I use a regular garment bag, but only for long term storage (2 months or more). Otherwise, I have a large bin that I keep my "ready" gear in and just toss them on top.
