Awesome,,, how low can will the Winter Yeti go?
My 3 season tested true to 32F and I could tell that if it got any colder for me it would be beyond my limits...so surely the Winter Yeti will get one to the teens.
this season's winter yeti's should be about 18-18.5 in the stuffsac.
250$, have a batch that should be done soon. you8 can get on the list now, it will be added to the site once i have some in stock

I got my Winter Yeti yesterday. I almost discarded the directions but since it was a full page I thought I would give it a glance and see if I was missing anything. Sure enough I completely missed the best reason for getting a Yeti... its asymmetric! There is a curved corner the instructions say goes at your left shoulder. I had completely missed this on my 3-season which would lead me to believe I had been using it backwards half the time. I was wondering why sometimes I have problems keeping it over my shoulder. Problem solved... read the directions! Is anyone else doing a asymmetric UQ?
yeti is the only asym uq to my knowledge
All the standard JRB quilts have had asym fitting tabs for 6 years...And they work in any of the known camping hammocks where the occupant lays "asym" or on a slight diagonal...

sure, but the shape of the yeti itself is asym. when laid out flat it's an asym shape, and it's the only quilt that is.
i removed a little excess area on one side and both ends and added a little more width at the left shoulder where it protrudes. this reduces excess area in spots where it's not needed, and adds it in the left shoulder area. the resulting shape just makes better use of the quilt's size, allows it to fit snugly without needing to cinch the ends (which often causes an air pocket just behind the cinched edge), and helps it to cup your left shoulder.
