Another RSBTR Membrane tarp with doors on one side :-)

Hello everyone, happy new year and greetings from London!

I just wanted to share my new tarp with you guys. This tarp was made as a project over the holidays. I used ksbcrocks excellent plans from here.

I used the same membrane fabric from RSBTR and went with olive yellow as the colour. My dear mother helped me (a lot!) with the sewing.










Couldn't get a good tight pitch without stakes and lines missing for the door tieouts. I don't think this will be a problem with stakes and solid anchor points though.

I really didn't think I'd use more than one set of doors. I was torn between doing a normal hex cut tarp and this one, I guess I just quite like how it looks as well .

Very nice! I have 10 yards of that material waiting for me to get motivated. I think that's going to serve you well. Have you considered a pole mode?

Not yet! I think I'll test it out a bit first before I decide on any further mods. It would be nice to have something to tie the doors to when I don't use them though.

Correct. The tie-outs felt very strong. It's going to be fun to see how it performs.
