Best way to compress my Warbonnet Gear

So I am a huge fan of warbonnet (love all of their gear) but I am trying to compress their yeti underquilt and mamba topquilt down more than what I have it now. I currently have a standard sea-to-summit compression sack but it just isn't doing the job. I should say my ultimate goal is to be able to create a little more space in my pack for trips. If compressing isn't the route to go, I would love to hear all the ideas. Like I said, this is for warbonnet gear, specifically the underquilt and topquilt.

Sorry if this is in the wrong section of the forum. I am still new and learning the layout of the forum.

The compression days that come with all quilts are the size they are for a reason. Trying to compress them down any further could damage the down. Just my opinion, or at very least the answer I was given when I asked Adam at Hammock Gear the same question about my incubator.

I agree. The S2S compression sacks are pretty aggressive in space saving. It sounds like a few more liters of pack will get you what you want.
The road to success is always under construction.

What about not compressing them? I stuff mine semi loosely into a trash compactor bag that goes at the bottom of my pack. Since they don't create a hard lump in the pack, the rest of my gear fills in the area around it easily.

That's what I was thinking. Something along the lines of that. Give them the ability to be more free in my pack, which in return doesn't cause bulky corners or stuff. I will test out a loose sack and see how that shapes everything.

Ill second the Trash compactor bag... at least worth a try. You should hear me moan if I have to stuff a tq/uq in a sack anymore.

haha yea I am very new to backpacking and hammock camping so I am doing a lot of moaning trying to get everything how I want it. As a child, I spent my camping days at a campsite that you just drive straight up to and didn't have to worry about having to fit stuff in a backpack.
