Thank you Timberrr, Gumbo, and all the other people who worked so hard to make HangCon a success. You all gave 300 people a gift of a wonderful weekend and memories to last a lifetime. Thanks Andy for organizing the paddles. 20160118_160212-1.jpg

Also, Junebug: I looked for the hoop earring and Timberrr said he saw it on the mantle for a few days but did not recall seeing it on the mantle when we left.
Last time I saw it was sitting in the edge of one of the pictures on the mantle.

We had a wonderful time and are looking forward to next year. Thanks so much to Gumbo and Timberrr for the incredible amount of work and love you put into this event. Your great team of volunteers was amazing too. Hats off to you all.
Seeing old friends and making new ones is such a blessing. The wedding and the worship service was so meaningful to Margie and me. Thanks for letting us be a part of it all

Also, another shout out to the vendors. You were amazing and so generous in every way.

God bless each and every one who came to this big family gathering. Can't wait to see you next year!

Glad everyone had a good time. Just couldn't make it this year. Reading thru the trip report makes me hungry. I can taste JEM's green salsa and Gumbo's gumbo. Yum!

    Congratulations LilRicky!!!

Hope to see everyone next year.

    1Rangerdude here,
It was my grandson who was rescued from my poorly manufactured diy hammock. Thank you and thank you Vanguard for the fine hammock you gave him. He came home and pulled that thing out at least three times to show off to different people. He was so proud. I hope I can find a way to bring that kind of joy.

DM, I got a few pics of the Fire pokers I hope to put up. Well my wife, since I don't know what I'm doing, that is. They worked great and both got plenty of use. Thanks again for making them.

That's the kind of family we have here. They are all great folks. Not to speak for them, but you taking your son out to the woods brings the joy to us.
Enjoy and have fun with your family, before they have fun without you
