Welcome to the site from another GA hanger. The DIY thing is very addictive, be very careful. The next you know, you will be buying Amsteel by the 100s of feet.

I'm a DIY'er at heart, it's started me in the current career path I'm pursuing (schools done in July!!!).

I even pulled some 550 cord out of my garage and cut a 12' length to practice making whoopie slings. I used a small 10" zip tie for the needle. I'm having a blast.
