Ok Im on the SS, should be there Friday morning maybe even Thursday night all depends on how long of a day I have at work (starting a new job and the boss can't keep up with me). I will be bring my Dutch oven and I'm going to see if Beth will let me bring hers. I'll make a main dish for dinner Saturday I'm thinking its either going to be Prime Rib or Pulled Pork both would be made in the dutch oven and would have a side of bacon potatoes, so let the voting begin

Well, I was supposed to go to the Uwharries this coming weekend (2/12 - 2/14). The others just cancelled because the expected low Sat night is 14. Too cold for em! Booooooo!
Would have had to carry my winter gear, about 1 lb heavier than my 20 degree stuff but, what the hay!

Don't know but if you don't like the forcast just keep changing stations until you find one you like.Weather.com is showing a low of 42. Am I looking at the wrong place?

It is for me as I have to work this weekend. I do plan to set up in the back yard Secret Hammock Institute of Testing and see how low it goes.
Meckie...glad to hear you can make it, we will leave a light on for you if can make it Thursday night but don't take any chances driving down.

Was kidding with regard to changing. Obviously too late for that.
It's NC and when it comes down to our weather, WYSIWYG! Ridiculously cold one weekend then unusually warm the next.
