I asked a friend to order the above belt as he was ordering other stuff, but in size 40. For me, it would need to be 40" or maybe less.
The size is important for the way this belt works. The sizing chart can be found on the web site.
I wore it part of a day, but it is as brand spanking new.

There are two Wilderness Instructor belts, one = black and one = tan, (both 38") currently listed on eBay and at auction for < $30. You might want to check them out if you think 38" will work for you.
