    I am hooked!!!

Well, this weekend I finally got to sleep in my hammock for the first time along with my boy, and all I have to say is wow.
I slept like I never had before, and even struggled to get up in the morning. Unlike before when usually I couldn't wait till morning, due to being so uncomfortable cause of stones or roots.
The main reason why I started this thread is to thank everyone for such valuable information, which led me to set up and prepare correctly, so I could have a great night sleep. Aside from having an uninvited visitor (see thread), I slept like a baby, and so did my son, thanks to a lot of DIY info from here that led me to make a good UQ, properly hang two hammocks side by side, and set up my tarp correctly to prevent morning dew in 37deg weather.
For now all I can say, is I am hooked!
I really cant wait to go to a HF hang, and get more Ideas. And maybe, just maybe, even get to meet Shug!
Once again, thank all of you who take the time to contribute, and share all your knowledge, and God bless.

    That sounds great!
My fellow campers will also be getting hammocks soon. I let them lay in my Hammock Bliss, and son's Parrot Bay. They said they'll at least start with a PB.

    Yes, It went very well.
I actually had to take my jacket off because I got too warm.
I don't know if it was the fact my son was next to me or not, but we were nice and warm all night.
Everything packed nice and tight in my backpack, except for my sleeping bag. Once I get a small packing SB, I should be good for some hiking trips.
Still look forward to meeting you Tim!
