Love the pictures to give me the "oh ya, I was there" moment.
It was a little wet, but oh so nice to be there. And my and my son's site was dry.
Enjoy and have fun with your family, before they have fun without you
Nice job JEM. The album effect makes it special.

Great photos j-e-m. The pipe is mine.
Most of us end up poorer here but richer for being here. Olddog, Fulltime hammocker, 365 nights a year.
What great photos j-e-m!
I'm sure the space station saw that!

Great pics Jem!
Wow, never saw Creekside so wet! Looks like it was another successful Sherpa Hang, and boy, do I miss those Mountain Man breakfasts! I was out in the Sam Houston National Forest on a hang with my new Texas friends. Going to have to fly back home soon to get some Cheesy Grits and Mountain Man!
Thanks for the awesome pictures j-e-m. I think O-Boy lost a straw hat while hiking on Saturday.
I have to admit I'm getting addicted to cheesy grits. I had never tried them until my first Florida hang 2 years and boy I"d sure like to have some for breakfast tomorrow.
I might have to videotape...olddog next time.
Ah yes, after 10 years of people calling the state office to complain about conditions being less than perfect I tried to always paint the worst picture and then everyone would know what to expect or (hopefully) be happy to get better than the worst. That first hang that I did really did need to be moved because Creek side was literally part of the creek. It was just a few weeks after a 500 year rain event that dumped 16-24 inches of rain on us over a weekend. It was a mess
