At those temps I usually have a foam sit pad for my camp chair and a foam foot pad so my feet don't get as cold sitting in camp. I then take those into hammock to block any cold spots. Heat packs for feet, if you want to experiment with that as well.
Yep, make sure that water bottle is tight before putting into hammock !!! Can't emphasize that enough!!
