I've got a set on a 11' Dutch PolyD and on a GT nano. I really love using them.

I really dig the simplicity of them and how much less amsteel is required to run them. I appreciate the reduction in bulk.

As far as wear on the amsteel they're might be a little but nothing anywhere close to causing me concern. The Anchor is usually in a different spot on the amsteel very hang.

I plan on throwing a bunch of the DIY Hammock and Tarp anchors in my cart when I order my nano buginator from BIAS.

I like my hammock anchors as well.That being said I do see fraying on my amsteel, so I can see that at some point it will have to be replaced. I would love to see the issue fixed if possible.
