Finally got my hand on the fabrics. Didn't come out as perfect as I imagined, but no major mess up either.
The hammock is a direct copy of Grizzy Ariel, except that I put a full size bug net and zipper. In California, it's worth to put extra for bug protections.
Hammock body is one piece Robic from RSTR, cut it sort of hexagon shape so that stretcher bars will be one fit from each end. Suordcspension is one piece cord on each side, with 15 inch cord buried on four corners to fit sewing bobbins. Total weight is 8.5 ounces.
The under quilt is membrane 6 on top and camo waterproof fabrics from RSTR (like everything else), with 2.5" net used as baffle. Finished size is 28x60. Weight before fill was 3 ounces, after fill 10 ounce.
Thanks for teaching me everything I needed to make these.
Next week I am making uq and pancho tarp (hopefully)
