OK...I have procured the necessary equipment for a video viewing but will need some help erecting the screen. I have a large screen that I'm hoping can be rigged to some trees. Help needed for sure. Can some of you help around 7pm? I have tree climbing foothold straps.
EDIT: Time will be after supper, group picture and raffle

If we are doing it after the dinner and raffle at the pavillion, why not show the film at the pavillion? We can set up the screen there, people have places to sit, and you don't have to mess around with trees and climbing.
