    CLOSEOUT specials

With all the new development and special projects we currently have going on, it's time to thin the herd. To make it a quick exit, we're marking these fabrics down LOWER THAN EVER. Not a bad time to catch a deal. The following fabrics are marked for deletion:

1.0 oz HyperD uncalendered - Our original UL diamond ripstop hammock material. We're sad to see it go, but with the arrival of 1.0 ROBIC XL, it's time. Marked down to $4.75 /yd while it lasts.

1.0 oz HyperD diamond ripstop nylon - olive drab.jpg

1.1 polyester ripstop - Still the lightest weight, lowest stretch hammock material on the market. Snag a couple yds on the cheap and make yourself a collector's item. I also unearthed a roll of olive yellow . Marked down to $3.25 /yd while it lasts.

We may be phasing out a couple others in the near future, but this is it for the time being. Thanks!

    Just a few questions.

So robic xl is considered a replacement for the 1 oz hyperD? I thought it was a hammock specific fabric?

And what would you say is the safe weight limit for the 1.1poly?

For hammocks ROBIC is the next generation fabric - stronger, more durable, lower stretch. I'm sure there are some applications where people don't need all that the ROBIC provides and would prefer 1.0 HD, but we have to pick our spots. The 1.1 oz ripstop uncalendered is a good option for those cases and will be a continuing line.

On the 1.1 poly, I would say 175 lbs, although I know a few have taken it a bit higher with success.

I'm 170-175 and using a 1.1 poly hammock with no issues as yet. Smoking deal on that fabric.

Thanks for the info . I understand the need to reduce the product line. And it sounds like I'm a touch heavy for the 1.1poly.

Any chance that the discount for 1.0HD will extend to remnants?

    Thanks again .

Added a few new remnants, and changed the existing Uncal HD 1.0 remnants to reflect the new pricing.

Just catching up with my thoughts - so no replacement for the 1.1 poly? I like it as a hammock material, but I guess it doesn't move well?

    Hey!

Little heads up about your website.

The contrast in the search bar is really awful. I can't tell what I'm typing. Maybe alternate it to a Black instead of white.
