Thumbs up New gear arrived..... first set up.

    Hi guys,

My new superlight hammock and tarp arrived on Monday from Scotland. First off super fast delivery!!! I only ordered it on Wednesday night.

So far I have only setup the hammock but love it. So small and light and very comfy...... it will be great for my next bikepacking trip. I hooked up my HG incubator 0F and they work great together.

Its also my first experience with whoopie slings and I got to say that I am very impressed. So much so that I will be putting whoopies on my HH expedition.

I would highly recommend the hammock to others who are looking. Still got to try out the tarp but that's for this weekend.

Here's a review of the SUL DD Hammock I hadn't seen before. It's from July 2015 and is 15 mins. Marc (German) was just getting into hanging and he shows in great detail what you get and how it works. Especially good for people wanting to know about soft shackles and whoopies. He appears to be fairly tall and I know that folks with 10'+ hammocks will cringe but if u r going SUL...he hadn't got the hang of the diagonal lay. I hope he has found HF and picked up some tips.

got the opportunity to test out the new set up over the weekend. Also the first time I took my pup out on an overnight. Was surprised how well she did given she is only 10 months old.
