so i think i have supper for the 2 nights planned out

i will do dry rub pork ribs again one night like last year and some beef and chicken kabobs the other night and just put out all the ingredients (chicken, beef, peppers, onions, mushrooms, corn, and tomatoes) and let people build there own.......sound ok?

also, sodakgrrl and i have discovered dutch oven cooking so i will be doing a cobbler each night for desert, only problem is i only have one dutch oven at this time, i am looking for another one and hopefully will have one by then but if someone has one and wants to bring it along that might be good

if you guys can bring a side or salad or something for the rest of the meal each night that would be great

How many do you want?

I have a 12-qt that is mine (perfectly seasoned, I might add ), and I can abscond with a few from the Scout troop for the weekend.

I too have learned the joys of the oven, and I make a really kick-butt mac&cheese in it (see recipe here). Maybe that'd be a good side?

i think if we had one more it would probably be enough, especially if it's a 12 quart, mac and cheese would make an awesome side for the ribs!

I had plans to backpack around Wind Cave NP and Custer the following week. Maybe I will change my plans and attend this instead. I just ordered my first real hammock and would love to meet up for a group hang.
