Been trying to post all morning, but this "work" thing keeps distracting me. :-)

I'm not likely to be there until somewhat late this evening. Likely 8:30 or 9:00. If something comes up, a few of you have my number, please call. I'll not have internet access after about 5pm today.

I called and asked for the gate code but they wouldn't give it to me over the phone for some reason. Whoever gets there first can visit the Welcome Center after 1pm and pick up our packet of info, which will have the code. If it's after 4:30, they said it'll be "in a box out front labelled camping packets".

I'm bringing my camera so that we can get a group photo for the forums and to help promote future events. This is starting to turn into a bit of a something, which is great! I'll also snap a few photos of hammocks and around camp. If you do NOT want to be photographed, or have your photo used for these purposes, please let me know. It's not a problem.

Also, it's never too soon to plan ahead. If you have a chance, take look at your calendar, or bring it along. We can discuss possible dates at some point this weekend for next year's events. I think the first weekend in April and the last weekend of October worked really well for our JMF hangs. But, I am always open for suggestions and friendly discussion. We certainly have time to figure it all out.

The total cost for the site was $60. We're predicting 12, so it'll be $5 for the weekend, even less if more folks show up. I'll get some change this afternoon.
    Get out and hike!

Well for all the others that are coming up, if you get there before 5 then you might gave to wait in the parking lot. Big E is arriving at around 4 he said he will go to visitor ctr. and get the gate code and passes... I should be there around 6

I would rather be in the woods... my dog would rather be in the pool. My wife thinks we are both nuts.
