'Classic.' A book which people praise and don't read.” ― Mark Twain
Who cares about showers, gourmet food, using flush toilets. Just keep on walking and being away from it all.

[QUOTE=Ewker;1617140]where exactly is this place at[/ These are the directions if you are coming in from south of Helen, GA. You might be coming in from the north. It's the campground just past the trailhead. Take 75/17 N out of Helen, then 75A to Highway 348 (Richard B. Russell Scenic Parkway. Turn left at the sign for Raven Cliff Falls. Cross over the little bridge, pass the trail head and you will see a concrete building which contains pit toilets. Park in the parking lot. Face away from the road you came in on there will be an open field on your left and trees in front of you. There is a sign to the left which says "NO camping beyond this point". They mean in the open field. There is a trail which leads into the woods by the creek. Look for tarps and holler "whoo buddy" and you'll find us. About a 50 ft walk from the parking lot. My cell coverage ends just outside of Helen.
Keep movin', keep believing and enjoy the journey!
got it....thanks for the directions. I will let you know if we can make it on the 25th

My wife and I are debating on this hang. Will we be eating as a group for any of the meals?
