I don't know about UGQ since I don't have one, but HG on the other hand is Awesome to deal with and really goes out of their way for Great customer service and products. I had a small tear in a TQ this past winter and they fixed it for me, made some mods and tossed in some Trail Magic too. Love these Guys.
