What would be the best way to hike this trail solo? Maybe do one section at a time ? Any and all advice appreciated. Thanks

There are several sections along this trail that would make for a good weekend solo hike. The only area I would caution, unless you can handle 30+ miles in a weekend, is the section between Laurel Valley Parking Area and Bad Creek Access. There is limited access to get off the trail in this section but it can be done either by boat or a 5 mile uphill hike to the Gorges State Park Parking Area. The Eastern half of the trail seems to have more elevation gain and losses, but i thinks it is more scenic.

Here is a spreadsheet that Swampfox and Muskrat came up with. It has a great breakdown of the days for a 5 or 8 day Westbound trip.
