Good report, keep up the good work. Continued thoughts and prayers for a full recovery.

    BACK TO THE DITCH?! :O

My good Friend Loki came by today to take me to lunch... What started out as lunch and a short ride on the Blue Ridge Parkway, ended up up with us back in the gorge at Wisemans View surveying the "fall line." I honestly didn't know how I'd feel my 1st trip back to the gorge, but in true Loki and CB spontaneity, we went and it was Awesome!

I'm drawn to the open country. Its where the world makes the most sense. When I put myself out there I always return with something new.

    That's great, Jeremy!
    (You sure have large feet...)

My knee is killing me, but all I have to do is read one of your posts and I feel better. You're an inspiration!

glad to see you are recovering well.

FWIW while you were having your adventure I was getting a new knee. One of the best range of motion moves I have found is to sit in my office chair with my feet flat in the floor and just move forward and back. That lets the knee flex while I have full control including the pain level. It really is a no pain no gain situation. Hope that helps.
    YMMV
