what is the best tool to use for cutting 7/64 amsteel?
I use an x-acto blade, but Amsteel dulls the heck out of the blades in record time. Based on that, I'm afraid to use a knife blade. I like my knives the way they are.

I use a normal carpet knife and a wooden cutting board.
X-acto here to.....blades are cheap to replace and fast to switch out as needed. Course I go through about 4-8 blades in an average day.

I use either a chisel ground custom neck knife or a mora. Both are very easy to resharpen.
A single edge razor like the one you install in razor scrapers.
