Thanks for the video. There must be a story associated with the steel cable left in the woods. Hmmm...

The cable, if I had to guess, is a part of the logging industry that was such a big part of the Adirondacks and its history.

Nobody has mentioned the snakeskin at the beginning of the video... with the snake still using it. That's a really cool shot.

And speaking of shots, that item you found is a speed loader.

If you only knew how I hate snakes...not a fan of the at all!

My curiosity is peaking wondering how in the world that speed loader got in that location. Did they have speed loaders during the Kennedy assassination? Also that cable in the tree. Did you come up with a reason it was there?

With the fire ring there we know that others have been there in the past. It is a popular hanging area. Possibly fell out of someones pocket??
