Out of curiosity what top cover is everyone bringing? I'm 86ing my 20 TQ for a lighter bag to use as a quilt but is supposed to be hot. I was thinking of runnig out to get a light synthetic twin sheet.

50 degree dude! its really a useful set in this type of weather, hot n humid. Underquilt and a cotton sheet for the top also works well
Thanks for confirming that Luke. I due most on my camping in the shoulder seasons and avoid the extremes. Plus, thats seems to be when life is busiest and I don't get out for the more than a day hike.

Looks like everyone is going to Zaleski? I may be at Mohican Park/Pack tonight if anyone else is!
Haha.. came across camp P... which was weird cause the map had it on the west loop but i was heading north. Came to a road i thought was 257 if i was at P.. found out it was 56..
Lot of unmarked, demarked and overgrown trail down here. Long walk back to parking...
Update:
Theyve renamed all the sites at Zaleski. Just goes to show, get a map everytime at the trailhead if you can. Mine was 3 aeeks old but out of date. I looked around to see of there was anything indicaring theyd renamed or updated their camps or maps to encourage visitors to grab an up to date one. Didnt see anything.
Heading back into Nelsonville for Micky Ds and a beer. Debating whether to do all that crap all over again. Hit the trail at 930 and hiked non stop until 330 on 2 liters of water.. meh..
