Nice colour combination! Looks excellent.
I keep learning and will never know enough.
Ripstopbytheroll.com 8 yds of 1.9 oz olive drab and cadmium yellow I believe.
We split the materials to 12 feet, sewed them halfway down each long edge from opposite ends and roll stitched the remainder of the long side edges. This created a two layer hammock with openings for an insulation layer.
Then we rolled the end over an a inch pinned rolled over another 3 1/2 half inches. I stitched the top edge of the fold with a straight stitch another straight stitch 1.5 inches toward center (creating the end channels. and then two rows of zig zag stitching to complete the fold.
I ran 8 inch continuous loops through the 1.5 inch channels with a larks head. I connected loop to loop to whoopies and attached with marlin spikes to the webbing.
I made all of the suspension components as well.
This is the plan I loosely followed.

Looks real nice, great job.
Thank you! I enjoyed the process. I've been so scared of sewing for so long long I didn't think I'd ever do it. Lol.
