Anything a CinchBug will do that a Spider won't?
(Other than work with a bridge hammock!)

Cinch bugs work better with being the apex of a bridge. You would need another loop for a spider

Well, you could technically rig a single line suspension with the cinch bug. It has that little hole in the middle, which could be used as a connection point for your tarp suspension. No simple way to acheive that with spiders.
Not many people are that interested in the whole hammock-and-tarp-combined-suspension-thing anyways.
Other than that, not sure there is much of a functional difference. I just recently received some spiders and have been testing them out, and so far, I really like them.
I really like the Cinch Bugs. They are so easy to adjust. The only thing I miss about my old Dutch Buckles is the nice shock cord loop to secure the tree straps once I took them down. I have not tried the Spiders yet.
I love my Dutch Spiders with Dutch clips on my 15' tree straps. Just throw the end with the Dutch clip around tree, clip in, and adjust the Spiders as desired. Repeat on the other side and done.
