Over 24,000 hammocks sold yesterday!

I was looking over the stats from Amazon Prime Day yesterday (7/12/16). This one sure stuck out:

Members purchased over 24,000 Double Hammocks by Vivere.

Crazy!!! Make sure you claim two trees while you can! Actually, no need to worry. These appear to me hammocks with stands from what I can see on amazon.

I'd love to see if there's a stat whether or not they were sold with a proper (ie tree straps) suspension or just those crappy ropes that give a bad impression.

funny, i saw the vivere stand on prime day and thought it was more expensive that day than when i had bought it a year ago.

I think they are all with stands, but I could be wrong. That's all I saw after a quick search. But 24,000? I can't believe it!

Don't worry, these do not require trees

You know how it works. IT's AMAZON PRIME DAYS. I have to buy something so why not a hammock and a toaster and a screw driver, and a blender, and .... At over 400 million in sales on this day last year and reports of 50% more sales this year that's a lot of hammocks and other minor items.

I was able to pick this one up for $27. I figured it might come in handy someday, it was an impulse buy based on the price.
