does anybody know any free or cheap places to shower after leaving the goose creek trailhead? I'm planning on being out 4 days and would like to clean up before I spend 13 hours in the car with myself driving back home. I will be headed out from the trailhead towards Colorado Springs.

Sorry, I got nothing. After I finished, I drove to Aspen in my stink and showered at a hotel that night. There is no real civilization within 45-60 minutes of the trail head. The closest place that's likely to have somewhere with shower facilities is Colorado Springs.
There are campgrounds in Woodland Park with showers.

Come out through Deckers and wash off in the South Platte
Throw a jug of water and a washcloth in the car, along with a fresh change of clothes for when you get back to the trailhead.
You can clean up well enough to tolerate your funk until you get tons shower... at least that's what I do.
shower ? shoot , you don't need no stinking shower ...
