    Note about my recent experience.

I just wanted to take the time to commend Paul and Missy on their work to help me out of a jam. I am taking a 5 day trip with my GF and my daughter starting tomorrow. About a week ago I realized that the tarp I had ordered from another company was not going to be here on time (in fact, I hadn't heard anything at all about it despite several attempts to contact them). In researching my options I realized that UGQ had started producing tarps (or at least I notice it). Having been nothing but happy with my 3 years old Flight Jacket quilts and knowing that they are based about an hour from my house, I reached out to UGQ. Paul jumped to action and saved my butt and for that I am very grateful. Upon inspection the tarp is meticulously made, as expected. I really appreciate them helping me out and will be a loyal customer forever.

DITTO. I purchased my first TQ from them a few years back. Really excellent service and patiently answering of newbie questions. I'd be happy to purchase from them again.

I'll just echo this thread. Received my new UQ for my WBRR today and it is fantastic. The quality is second to none and they were able to work with my outing schedule.

    Now to check out TQs...,

+1 to all the above. Pain free-hassle free process from beginning to end with quality to show for it. Thanks UGQ!

    Hi, Justin.
I wondered if you had a picture or two of your new UGQ underquilt, on the ridgerunner? Just curious about the look and fit of it.
Any help greatly appreciated. Happy Friday.

I have several quilts from UGQ, never a problem. They are really easy to do business with, and are great folks as well.
If you prepare for failure you will probably succeed.

I still owe pictures of my HG Winter Palace with the RR as well, and I'll finally be able to get out and test set up everything tomorrow. I'll post pics!

Unfortunately not happening this weekend. Some things came up at work that had to take priority.
