The pork shoulder is on the smoker as we speak!
Pedro nicknamed me pulled pork last Fall, so save room for some Friday or Saturday night.

I think we're good. I'm bringing buns, Cole slaw and BBQ sauce, you should be good if you are still planning on breakfast saturday. Anything I can bring to pitch in for that?

Definitely bringing breakfast for Saturday ( mountain man breakfast). I've got it all covered... even cowboy coffee if anybody wants some. Folks will need to have their own cups... and sweetener or creamer. I drink my coffee black... I'll have paper plates, napkins, plastic forks...maybe some hot sauce?
