As humid as it been the last few days, I've been considering adding a fan to my setup. Lots of great ideas here.

I have that fan. A Travel On 3 speed fan personal fan and it works great. Battery's last a long time. On high it's a bit noisy. Three speeds are nice You don't have to run it all night. Most of the time I shut it down by midnight. It's to cold. That's here in Vermont. I leave it in it's case to travel. Take care.
We use the Travelon here in NC for our summer hangs. They provide a good breeze, they are safe inside the hammock, 3 speeds, and batteries will usually get you through 2 nights on high. I'll put 2 on my ridge line if I nap during the day when it's 80's-90's and humid. I also like the white noise it creates, drowns out some of the residential snoring around me. There was a study done on here about fans, and the Travelon won out.
If you don't like my cooking there's always MRE's.***Hotlips

Sorry, but I don't know if there is a major problem. Without actual tests, I can only report my experience with regular usage.. I've only camped once with it. I have another battery pack for laptop and phone charging, but use the Nekteck for topping off my phone in the car while running errands (car's cigarette port only works with ignition...).
Solar charging is slower than wall charging. I don't have experience with any other solar charger; so, bear this in mind. My connected devices seems to exhibit issues if connected to the Nekteck charger for longer than 4 hours (?).
