PSA: The KNT12 tarps are marked down at Amazon (for Prime members, maybe others but I don't know) for around $55. That'a a great price for a workhorse tarp. I paid $70ish for mine, and consider it money well spent.

For those that are looking it appears that Amazon is selling two different tarps. The Kelty Noah's Tarp Sun Shelter and the Kelty Noah's Tarp Shelter. Looking at the Kelty website it looks like the green Sun Shelter is really the newer version of the Kelty Noah's Tarp. It also appears to be a little cheaper than last years model.
Thanks for the tip, just ordered, $52.86 total with Prime!
Anything under about $60 for the 12' is a great buy! I picked one up for $52 months back.
Tarp: old discontinued tannish color
Sun Shelter: same function, new name and new green color (awesome color BTW!)
Ok...dumb question time. The photos all show this set up with a pair of poles in a diamond configuration. The description mentions guy lines and stakes but no poles. Are those included? I'm looking to get a 12' to put over my hammock stand in a rectangular configuration. The poles would make it soooo easy to set up in porch mode on one side.
no the poles do not come with it. Most often people use their trekking poles while out in the wild for porch mode.
When the wife asks, I simply say "Shug made me do it".
by loud, do you mean sound or color? I hate cuban fiber crinkle in the wind (but love the weight) and the green color is perfect around here 20160821_113956_1471820313658.jpg
