How to Clean Hexon?

How clean do you need it?

I don't see how it would damage anything if you just handwashed it in the sink with a little soap then let it hang dry.

Keep it away from heat (dryer)

I wash all my hammocks once in awhile and use our house washing machine but i place the hammock in a pillow case and tie it shut, then hang dry, never ever put in dryer!!.
We use a very mild laundry detergant like whoolite !

BUT, just to be safe i would send a pm or email to Dutch and ask him for his advice on his Hexon first before you do anything.

In the washing machine. Just avoid washing it together with zippers and hook and loop tape. If you can't avoid that, put it into a bag, like Zilla suggested. I have been washing all my hammocks in the machine for years, and I have never had any damages. I'm too lazy for hand-washing
