How long does it usually take for HG to respond to custom order email questions?

As the title said, I was wondering how long it generally takes the crew to respond to emails for custom orders with a price. Only looking for a custom length due to my height, so nothing real special. I understand that they recently moved and are busy; I am just curious.

May have to although was trying to avoid since I HATE talking on the phone. I know, gasp, a woman who hates talking on the phone...whodathunkit!?!?!?

FWIW I emailed them once upon a time and never received a response. I didn't take it personally, and many here will vouch for the quality of their work and customer service.

I don't doubt that at all. That's why I was asking...whether 2-3 days was normal, or if my email might have gotten lost. I'll try calling them Monday.

I've ordered a ton of stuff from HG - eight quilts, two tarps, and other accessories. I never place an order until I talk to them on the phone. Sometimes that can take two or three days to get hold of them.

Good to know, thank you. I'm only 5'5". The Incubator is way too long for me for a full-length UQ and the Phoenix would be too short. I need something in between which is the reason for a custom order.

I think they call that a Phincubator.

I've placed two orders with them and have been very satisfied, but didn't receive a response from either my email or phone call. I figured they were just busy. I'm a happy customer and will order again.
