How long does it usually take for HG to respond to custom order email questions?

I placed an order for a short top quilt 9 days ago.They sent me an email with a link that shows the status of my order which is currently listed as unfulfilled.That's ok,I know they are busy.I bet I will receive it by this time next week if the underquilt I ordered was typical.It took a couple weeks or so as I recall.

Thank you all for your patience during our move! We've also been slightly short-staffed, pulling customer service (AKA Harry) off his desk and onto production floor. I'm handling emails through the weekend while he is on a short leave. Please be aware our phones are answered Monday-Friday, but we try to keep an eye on our email 24/7.

I, on the other hand, have never called HG but I still have received excellent products and service. I have ordered 2 UQ's and more recently a CF tarp. The tarp was a late decision for a trip I was taking to Wyoming and finally decided to take the plunge into CF. I was within a week and a half of leaving for the trip, so I knew that I was pushing the limit. But I also knew I wanted the tarp, so I placed the order and included a note that if there was any possibility... The tarp was shipped within 24 hours and I received it in plenty of time for the trip. Quality was excellent and the weight savings was well worth the cost. I think I am going to ask for another CF tarp for my birthday so I can loan one to myself when my wife goes with me. She would never consider spending that much money for a tarp for herself.
