I know Brandon & crew are in the process of renovating to increase production space - I think it was supposed to start a few days ago and last thru Oct 7th...

It might not be the case here, but they had problems with mails going to the spam folder and mail redirection before. There's a thread on the subject on this forum. If you haven't done so, you could try kbwaddy at gmail.com.Originally Posted by Marcus Ridgeway

Yes, I received the email about the renovations, but I don't think renovations should be an excuse not to communicate with your customers. It's been almost a week and I have heard nothing.
They could be overwhelmed...it's possible. I've been there done that back in my sales days...it's hard to get out from being snowed under. Or could have email issues...or both.
It may be best to call them.
Hang in there, they'll take care of you soon i'd bet.
They don't have a phone number on the website, only email.
