Spring UP waterfall hang!!

Years past a small group did a fall or spring hang cant remember. But I have talked about doing a spring waterfall hang for years and 2017 is the year.
I LOVE the UP all the time but especially in the spring when stuff is rushing. I know a couple spots that would support a hang and we would be close to the falls. Ideally a lake also and before the bugs get bad. This is early but I want to get peoples brains jogging.

Subscribing to this one. Was just up at Tacquemon falls in September. Nothing better than spending time in the UP.

Interested. This upcoming Spring may prove busy with a possible May backpacking trip in UP and early June trip to Isle Royale in the works... but I'm game to try this too if dates work out.

Spring = March? April? May? What are your thoughts on potential months?

Let throw some dates out and start seeing what may work sooner then later. I love the UP also!!

Sounds like a good idea! Early March of this year had a good 1-2' of snow depending on the location (not a problem for me). April would be nice. May and I would have to bring a hazmat suit to keep the bugs off me.

April 16th is Easter - probably out as an option

April 22nd is Earth Day - this weekend would be kinda cool. Earth Day hang
April 28th is National Arbor Day - also cool weekend to hang from trees
May 5th is Cinco de Mayo - I sense a food theme for this weekend

May 12th - Mother's Day weekend - probably out as an option
