I use one of these. It works really well:

Not so great as a regular pillow though.

I have one of the BPL pillows linked above. I couldn't use it as pillow for my head because of the "crinkle" like plastic which annoys me to no end when I lay my head on it. It would work great as a leg pillow.

speer hammocks has that same pillow for sale now but i haven't checked to see what the difference would be in cost w/ shipping.
i have one of the dual chambers pillows from BPL.com. it works great as a pillow except that crinkling noise
it helps some to put it in a shirt or better yet a stuff sack, & don't put to much air in it.
but no problem when using it between the knees (on side) or beneath the knees (on back).
i have had a one of the chambers fail to hold air through the night on the dual chamber pillow, but they're so light, i can take a back up... just in case.
I too will something make and joy in it's making
I just use my clothing stuff sack under or inbetween my knees.
Is that too much to ask? Girls with frikkin' lasers on their heads?
The hanger formly known as "hammock engineer".
I have one of those pillows from Ed...Karen gave it to my wife at the SEHHA b/c we forgot ours. It works great.
I usually use a clothing-filled stuffsack, but in the summer months this gets pretty thin...so I might start taking the inflatable one (if she gives me permission to use HER pillow, of course... )

IMPOSSIBLE JUST TAKES LONGER
I use a small pillow that I found at a garage sale for .10. It has been embroidered with a fella hanging in a hammock looking out at a mountain view. I think it's about 40 years old and most of the detail is worn away but it's still cool. Now, what self respecting hanger could have passed up on that little treasure for a dime?
If the cat will give it up, I'll get one tonight.
