    Not that I know of, you just want to squeeze it a bit all over to feel for any thin spots (feeling for density), and then just use both hands to sort of push "some" of the down from the denser areas to where it is needed. once you do it a few times it becomes intuitive, and something you want to do for any top or underquilt being pulled out of compression
