I'd been waiting for this day to order the Winter Dream..... but the Flight Jacket, ?, well let's just say I'm looking forward to moving from my open zipped sleeping bag to a top quilt ! This is a very good deal on another quality UGQ product. #ImpulseBuyButHappy'boutIt !!
Still in my 1st 3 months of hanging, have slept out 20+ nights so far and am committed to doing at least a few nights every month through this MN winter. I've been looking forward to a tarp w/ doors to help w/ the winds, rains, snows of fall / winter in MN.
Don't think, didn't plan on this being my last top quilt... will have to add a summer one this spring. Right now I've been hanging out in a 11ft hammock (dutch) w/ 0deg Incubator bought from a member here. Fell in love w/ the WD w/ internal pole mods and am happy to have it on the way. The Flight Jacket is a plus that the wallet will recover from the first night it gets used. It took me a while to learn that quality gear, like quality tools are worth the price of entry.
My friends & family either think it's great or that I'm crazy. I'm a little of both !!! As are all of us here!!

Had talked myself out of buying any quilts, but the discount was too good to pass. Looking forward to my first ever quilt (not counting my Costco DIYs)!
Cant tell from the pictures, but if you are not running tarp tensioners it could help. I just use shock cord loops larkheaded to the guy out points and cordage off of those loops.I'm hoping that the silpoly will fare better than silnylon in the damp cold nights like we had during my winter gear testing last night.
Doesn't sound like it will matter much though since you are going Poly now! I am very tempted to do the same. Nice pick up during a GREAT sale!

Resistance was absolutely futile with a sale like this! I just placed my order for a 55x84 Flight Jacket, no taper, 4oz of overstuff. Now I am truly the proverbial kid-at-Christmas time!
Yes, there are roughly 12 inch 1/8" shock cord loops on each corner.
Done and done. Matching set for me!
