It would probably be good if we started bouncing around ideas about Saturday evening dinner. I vote for BBQ lunch at the local dive though.
I can always eat Jim Dandy BBQ! That Southwest Chicken Stew went over incredibly well last time. I would not mind having that again, but of course I'm up for nearly anything.
