    I enjoyed using a KAQ in conjunction with a SS... very warm combination. You might not need that in the Deep South!

    I'd be interested in giving that a try, but I believe it might be expensive to fit the IX to the UC. Might be easier to make a separate IX UQ, maybe using the KAQ pattern.

    Probably not, as freezing is the coldest it has been all year. But, I'm moving to Michigan by April 30, 2010.

    Changed my mind... with about 45 feet of velcro (90 feet of stitching) and the need to face the IX on at least one side, it will be prohibitively expensive. Then, I realized that to insulate the entire inside of an UC would be to waste a good portion of the insulation, because it would be cold on both sides of it. Any UQ would work far better for the cost!
