And that's not counting the folks who were hiking when we took the picture, left Saturday morning, or arrived later Saturday afternoon.

We've come a long way from twelve strangers!

We were able to attend just the one day last year and had a great time. This year should be even better for us as we will be there every day. What a great bunch of hangers!!!!!!

By the way. One or two night pot lucks this year? Margie is trying to determine what to make.

We're getting closer to our Fifth Annual SoCal Hangers Group Hang March 9th-12th and many of our trusty vendors have made donations for our raffle benefitting Homes for Our Troops!

I opened a box today from the good folks at Gossamer Gear and they sent up a heap of goodies! I'm so stoked they sent a pack for the raffle because many people who saw my GG Mariposa remarked at what a fine piece of gear it is.

    (2) Thinlight Hammock Pads
    (4) Long Handle Bamboo Spoon
    (Tons) GG cabiners

Do our great vendors that support the hammocking community and our veterans a favor and keep these guys in mind the next time you're looking for a piece of quality gear!
