Stu at whoopieslings.com is always a pleasure to work with. His products are solid, he ships quickly, and he’s a hell of a nice guy to boot. I’ve used his slings for years.
This year he’s donated a full hammock suspension system
Do our great vendors that support the hammocking community and our veterans a favor and keep these guys in mind the next time you're looking for a piece of quality gear!
See you at the hang!

Announcements of some demonstrations and activities forthcoming soon...
Hey Addam,
Thanks for all the hard work involved in organizing this event.
Just paid and looking forward to seeing everybody out there!
Thanks to Thunder Adventure Co and SlBear for paying your event fees up front.
Setting this up requires tying up quite a bit of cash up front to reserve the sites so I really appreciate it when our fellow SoCal Hangers handle it before the event.
If anybody else is interested in paying ahead of time, you co do it via PayPal using the address [email protected]
Please make sure you include your Hammock Forums user name so I can be sure I am tracking the items correctly.
Fees are $25 per adult (18 years and older) and $10 per kids (17 years and younger).
Think of it as a "Cost of Admission". Meaning, the fee is the same whether you choose to stay one night or three.
Any overage will go towards next year's event.
Lastly, if you're interested in paying for any SoCal Hangers Patches or Stickers before the event you can do so via the same PayPal account. Patches are $5 each. Stickers are 2 for $5. Please add $1 for shipping and handling.
While relatively new to the hammock vendor community, Hummingbird makes products that deliver what the hammocking community demands with the best of them. Every time I see one of their pieces I’m astounded at the small mass and weight.
This year they have donated a forest green single hammock with soft carabiners
Do our great vendors that support the hammocking community and our veterans a favor and keep these guys in mind the next time you're looking for a piece of quality gear.
See you at the hang!
